이 논문의 목적은 강원대학교 캠퍼스 혁신파크 사업의 기획 결과에 기초하여 강원대학교와 강원도 맞춤형‘혁신형 산학협력 경로’를 고찰하는 데 있다. 또한 강원대학교가 중점을 두고 추진할 산학협력 특성들을 살펴보고, 혁신적 산학협력 경로 만들기의 가능성을 진단하고자 한다. 이에 기초하여 강원대학교 캠퍼스 혁신파크의 산학협력경로를 정부주도형과 대학주도형으로 나누어 살펴보고, 몇 가지 함의를 파악하고자 한다. 이는 크게 지역맞춤형 산학협력의 필요성, 수익성의 쟁점, 혁신 인프라 조성에 대한 점진적 접근방법의 중요성에 초점을 두고 있다.
Abstract
The aim of this article is to explore ‘pathways to the innovative industry-university collaboration (hereafter, IUC)’ which is customized by Kangwon National University (hereafter, KNU) and Gangwon Province on the basis of the result of the campus innovation park of KNU. In addition to this, it is to consider characteristics of the IUC and to diagnose some possibilities of making pathways to the innovative IUC. Within this context, such pathways by KNU can be divided into central and local governments-led and university-led types. Along with this types, there are some implications which are focused upon the necessity of regionally-customized IUC, an issue on creating profitability and the importance of an evolutionary approach to the establishment of an innovative infrastructure.
