국가유산과 미용 분야 융합연구의 적절성에 대한 연구 -광주․전남지역 성인 대상 미적, 역사적, 교육적 가치 중심으로-

4차 산업혁명 시대의 새로운 가치 창출 요구에 부응하여, 본 연구는 국가유산이 지닌 고유한 미적, 역사적, 교육적 가치를 미용 분야에 접목하는 융합연구의 적절성 및 관계성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 기존의 융합연구가 기술 활용이나 전통 무늬 응용에 집중되었던 한계를 넘어, 국가유산을 K-Beauty의 독창적인 성장 동력으로 활용하기 위한 가치 중심적 접근이 필요하다. 이에 광주·전남지역 성인 468명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하고 탐색적 요인분석 및 다중회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 국가유산과 미용 분야 융합연구의 적절성 요인은 미적, 역사적, 교육적 가치 세 가지로 구분되었으며, 응답자들은 국가유산에 대한 관심도는 낮았으나(M<3.0), 국가유산의 보존 및 타 분야 융합 노력의 필요성은 높게 인식하고 있었다(M>4.0). 특히, 국가유산 관심도는 미용 분야 융합연구 적절성의 교육적 가치에만 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고(p<.000), 발전 및 활성화 노력 필요성은 미적 가치(p<.000)와 교육적 가치(p<.005)에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 타 분야 융합 노력 필요성은 역사적, 미적, 교육적 가치 모두에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 국가유산과 미용 분야 융합 시 교육적 가치를 중심에 두는 것이 가장 적합하며, 국가유산의 활성화 노력 인식이 미적 및 교육적 측면의 적절성을 높이는 핵심 요인임을 시사한다. 이에 본 연구는 국가유산의 보존 및 활성화에 기여하고, 교육적 요인을 강조한 융합교육 프로그램 개발 등 미용 산업의 창의적인 발전 방안 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
In response to the demand for new value creation in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study empirically examined the relevance of convergence research that integrates the unique aesthetic, historical, and educational values of national heritage into the beauty sector. Unlike existing convergence research, which has primarily focused on technological applications or traditional patterns, a value-centered approach is essential to leverage national heritage as a distinctive growth engine for K-Beauty. To explore this, a self-administered survey was conducted with 468 adults in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, employing exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that perceptions of convergence research within the fields of national heritage and beauty fall into three categories: aesthetic, historical, and educational value. While respondents showed low interest in national heritage(M<3.0), they recognized a strong need for its conservation and for efforts to integrate it with other fields(M>4.0). Notably, interest in national heritage significantly influenced the educational value associated with convergence research in beauty(p<.000). Additionally, the need for development and revitalization efforts had a considerable impact on both aesthetic value(p<.000) and educational value(p<.005). Furthermore, the demand for interdisciplinary convergence efforts significantly affected historical, aesthetic, and educational values. These results suggest that when integrating national heritage and aesthetics, educational valuerecognition of efforts is enhancing the appropriateness of aesthetic and educational aspects. This study aims to contribute to the preservation and revitalization of national heritage and provide foundational data for developing creative strategies in the beauty industry, such as integrated educational programs that emphasize these educational factors.
