초록
Fusobacterium polymorphum KCOM 1260 (= ChDC F218) was isolated from human subgingival plaque, and its complete genome was sequenced. The genome consists of a single circular chromosome of 2,635,767 bp with 26.9% G+C content, containing 2,592 genes, including 2,428 coding sequences, 48 tRNAs, and 15 rRNAs. Genome analysis identified genes for adhesion proteins, extracellular proteases, iron acquisition systems, hemolysin activators, and antibiotic resistance determinants. These virulence factors may facilitate colonization, biofilm formation, and host interaction. The genome sequence provides a valuable reference for future studies of the genetic and pathogenic features of F. polymorphum.
