초록
We report the draft genome sequence of Fusobacterium pseudoperiodonticum strain KCOM 1321, isolated from subgingival plaque of a peri-implantitis patient. The genome is 2,298,437 bp in size, assembled into four contigs, and encodes 2,258 genes, including 2,059 protein-coding sequences. Annotation identified major virulence factors: six FadA adhesins, nine autotransporters, five hemin receptors, nine iron ABC transporters, four extracellular proteases, and four toxin-antitoxin systems. OrthoANI (96.6%) and GGDC (70.5%) values with F. pseudoperiodonticum ChDC F213T confirmed species identity. These genomic features might highlight the pathogenic potential of F. pseudoperiodonticum in peri-implant infections.
