학생 거버넌스 연구에 대한 계량 서지학적 분석 및 장기적 운영관리 연구† - 정원 프로젝트 참여 학생들의 인식을 중심으로 -
A Study of Bibliometric Analysis of Student-led Governance and Long-term Management - Focusing on Garden Project-Involved Students’Perceptions -

본 연구는 최근 증가하는 거버넌스의 긍정성을 바탕으로 하나의 이해관계자 주체로 학생 주도 거버넌스에 대한 최근 연구 동향과 정원 프로젝트 참가 경험을 토대로 그들의 인식을 이해하고자 하였다. 이에 최근 연구동향과 학생인식의 이해를 위해 정성적 방법인 최근 1,000개의 연구에 대한 VOSviewer 분석, 학생주도 프로젝트를 수행한 10명의 인터뷰 및 학생 인식 이해를 위해 Nvivo를 통해 조사 및 분석을 수행하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생 거버넌스 최근 연구동향 분석 결과, 참여와 협력이 기반이 되며, 더 나아가 지속가능한 운영관리와 최근 쟁점을 해결하기 위한 접근방법으로 많은 연구가 진행된 것을 발견하였다. 둘째, 학생 주도 거버넌스형 정원 프로젝트에 있어서 학생들의 인식 결과는, ① 의견제시와 의사결정, 모니터링과 참여에 대한 책임 공유와 경험, 그리고 예산의 중요성이 도출되었다. ② 긍정적으로 적극적 참여 동기 부여, 부정적으로 기술적 부족과 의사결정 과정의 미흡이 도출되었다. ③ 장기적 운영관리를 위해 Place-keeping의 정책, 파트너쉽, 재원마련, 거버넌스, 모니터링 및 관리의 주요 개념들이 상호네트워크를 보이는 것을 발견하였다. 즉, 학생 주도 거버넌스형 프로젝트 및 운영관리를 위한 긍정성 확대, 부정성 보완, 여섯가지 주요 개념들의 강조와 고려의 중요성이 도출되었다. 결론적으로 학생주도 거버넌스는 프로젝트 장기적 운영관리를 위한 대안으로 도출되며, 부정적 인식에 대한 해결시 그 긍정성이 확대될 것으로 보인다. 이는, 고연령층으로 구성된 최근 거버넌스 구성에 대한 긍정적 해결 방안이 제시된다.
Abstract
There have been increasing positive impacts of governance in many terms. However, as a significant stakeholder there is little evidence on the perceptions of student-led governance. Therefore this study explored recent driver changes of student-governance focused studies and their perceptions. To address this aim, this study employed bibliometric analysis and qualitative methodology: by VOSviewer (1,000 recent studies in Science Direct, Interview (targeting to ten students conducted student-led project and Nvivo (to analyse the interviews). As a result, first, recent studies analysis reveals that participation and corporation are the keys to student-led governance. In addition, a lot of studies have been conducted where sustainability and management are the keys to address recent issues such as Covid-19 and climate changes. Second, analysis on the students’ perceptions shows that the remarkable keys were drawn, ① such involvement in decision-making process and monitoring, sharing responsibility and experience, and importance of budget, ② positively motivation on active engagement, negatively shortage of skill and unclear decision-making process, and ③ correlated network between six dimensions of place-keeping for long-term-management, meaning that this study determines the importance revealed are of great for long-term management of student-led governance project. Concluding remark is that student-led governance can be the alternative on long-term management of such projects as well as the positiveness can be extended in case of addressing the negative issues. This can deliver overarching positive approaches to addressing problems which derived from aging community-formed governance structure.
