서울시 SDW를 활용한 토지이용정보의 구축가능성 연구

Abstract

rational decisions in spatial planning, it is necessary to construct the data with which we can monitor dynamic change of land use. This research aims to check the possibility of construction of land use information using SDW(Spatial Data Warehouse) of Seoul Metropolitan Government. With literature reviews and experts surveys, this research shows the shortage and demands of land use information. By analyzing SDW and field survey, it ascertains mismatching spatial and attribute data as well as the accuracy of the latter data. This investigation could find the high possibilities of SDW in practical use, suggesting primary key based on building number and continuing the maintenance of SDW. To positively use the land use information, this research suggests continuous constructing, using, opening, and maintaining of the information. By doing this procedure, the local government can improve the probability of logical decision making in urban and spatial planning.
