서울시 생활체육시설의 입지 요인 및 적정성 분석

본 연구의 목적은 서울시 소재 생활체육시설의 규모에 영향을 미치는 변수와 생활체육시설의 공간적 입지의 적정성을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 서울시내 42개 생활체육관의 규모(대지면적)에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 생활체육관의 대지면적을 종속변수로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 해당 자치구의 지방세 수입규모와 해당 지번지가가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알아내었다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과로부터 서울시 자치구들이 재정적인 문제 외에 체육시설 입지 시 고려해야 할 여타 중요 요인에 대한 고려를 충분히 하고 있지 못하다는 함의를 얻었다. 두 번째로 생활체육시설 분포의 적정성을 파악하기 위해 생활체육시설의 이용반경 내부와 외부의 조건을 비교하였다. 이용반경 내부와 외부지역을 인구밀도, 기타체육시설 수, 평균지가의 세 가지 차원에서 비교분석한 결과 내부지역의 인구밀도가 더 높은 자치구는 20개 구로 나타났으며, 기타체육시설이 내부 지역에 더 많이 위치한 구는 15개 구로 나타났다. 또한 평균지가는 14개 구에서 내부지역이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 상술한 세 개 척도 외에 시설의 이용면적 비율을 의미하는 구별 충족성까지를 함께 고려해서 입지의 적정성을 분석하였다. 결론적으로 중구가 가장 우수한 입지요건을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 외 17개 구는 보통수준, 7개 구는 적정수준에 못 미치는 입지요건을 갖고 있는 것으로 파악되었다.
Abstract
study aims at investigating the factors affecting the land size of public fitness facilities in Seoul and the appropriateness of their spatial distribution. First, this study carries out the multiple regression to find out the factors affecting the size of the 42 public fitness facilities. The analysis suggests that the amounts of revenue of local tax and land prices of pertinent sites are the most influential factors. It indicates that the bigger the revenue is and the cheaper the land price is, the bigger the size of the facilities is. Second, this study compares the inside and outside of the facilities in terms of the population density, the number of other health facilities and the average land prices, targeting 25 districts in Seoul. In addition to the three measures, for the analysis, this study considers sufficiency of the facilities in the districts, the rate of the accessible area of the entire district area. In conclusion, just one district is rated excellent while 7 districts are rated poor. The other 17 districts are rated medial.
