『존재와 시간』 속 ‘양심분석’의 형이상학적 이해지평

『존재와 시간』에서 ‘죽음분석’에 이어지는 ‘양심분석’을 하이데거 자신은 일종의 증언(die Bezeugung)으로 설명한다. ‘본래성’라는 개념 역시 이러한 맥락에서 등장한다. 하지만 본 연구는 양심분석을 특징짓는 ‘증언’의 의미가 다의적으로 해석될 수 있는 가능성에 주목해, 양심분석의 배경과 의도를 보다 넓은 의미에서 해석하고자 한다. 특히 본 연구는 『존재와 시간』 전체가 형이상학의 이해와 극복을 위한 ‘기초존재론’이라는 점을 감안해 ‘양심분석’ 역시 바로 그러한 형이상학적 이해지평에서 이해될 필요가 있음을 논증하고자 한다. 『존재와 시간』과 긴밀한 관련을 맺고 있는 관련 텍스트들을 적극적으로 해석함으로써 우리는 그러한 시도의 정당성과 의미를 확인할 수 있다.
Abstract
Heideggers analysis of conscience in Being and Time is handled in the sense of testimony(Bezeugung). In particular, Heidegger defines "conscientious analysis" following the of 'death analysis' in this way. For this reason, it seems quite natural to understand the entire conscience analysis from the standpoint of testimony. However, this study focuses on the possibility that the meaning of 'testimony' that characterizes conscientious analysis can be interpreted in a pluralistic way. In particular, this study focuses on the fact that the book Being and Time is an analytical theory for understanding and overcoming metaphysics. And it is also argued that 'conscientious analysis' can also be interpreted independently on the basis of such metaphysical understanding horizons. By looking at the related texts that are closely related to the book, we can confirm the legitimacy and meaning of such interpretation.
