하이데거의 현존재분석론은 다소 유아론적인 주제와 방법으로 인해 오해와 비판을 받기도 한다. 그러한 오해와 비판에 대한 통상적인 대답은 현존재개념의 반유아론적인 특성, 즉 공동체성이나 사회성과 같은 측면을 강조하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 논증은 문제의 근본적인 의미를 놓치고 있는 것으로 보이며, 또한 자신이 속한 대결구도 자체에 다시 갇히는 듯한 한계를 보여준다. 이러한 상황 속에서 H. 호페는 현존재의 유아론적인 측면이 하이데거의 근본적인 의도, 즉 특별한 형이상학적 시도라는 관점에서 이해될 필요가 있음을 제기하고 있다. 본 연구는 호페가 제시한 방향을 단초로 『존재와 시간』의 근본의도를 여러 각도에서 살피고, 그것이 곧 ‘유한성을 단초로 한 현존재의 형이상학’임을 밝히고자 시도했다. 이로부터 다음과 같은 결론이 도출된다. 즉 하이데거가 유아론적으로 오해될 수 있는 ‘유한성’을 주제화하는 것은 원칙적으로 ‘유아론-반유아론의 프레임’이 아닌 ‘현존재의 형이상학’이라는 맥락에서 이해되어야 한다. 본 연구는 특히 ‘끝을 향해 있음’(죽음분석), ‘개방적 결단성’(양심분석) 등 현존재분석론을 유아론적으로 특징짓는 대표적인 주제들을 직접 이러한 맥락 안에서 재구성하고자 시도했다.
Abstract
eidegger's Dasein-analysis is misunderstood and criticized for its somewhat solipsistic themes and methods. The usual answer to such misunderstandings and criticism is to emphasize the anti-solipsistic aspects(‘community’ or ‘sociality’) of the concept of Dasein. But this argument, on the one hand, misses the fundamental meaning of the problem and, on the other hand, does not recognize the limits of the frame it belongs to. Here, however, H. Hoppe raises the need for solipsistic aspects to be understood in terms of Heidegger's fundamental intentions: a special metaphysical attempt. This study attempted to examine the fundamental intention of Being and Time from various angles in the light of Hoppe's direction and to reveal that it is the metaphysics of Dasein with finiteness. This leads to the following conclusions: the reason why Heidegger theorizes finiteness that can be misunderstood as a solipsism should be understood in the context of metaphysics of Dasein. This study attempts to reconstruct themes, especially ‘death analysis’ and ‘conscience analysis’, directly in this context.
