이 논문은 하이데거가 『존재와 시간』의 출간 이후 형이상학적 문제의식 속에서 기존 현존재분석론을 ‘현존재의 형이상학’이라고 재해석한다는 점에 주목하고자 한다. 만일 이처럼 현존재분석론이 겉으로 드러난 ‘형이상학의 비판’뿐 아니라, 독특한 의미에서 ‘현존재적 형이상학을 구축’하고자 했던 시도라면 우리는 그 의도와 배경을 고려하며 현존재분석론의 주요 계기들 안에서 이러한 해석가능성을 찾아낼 수 있어야 할 것이다. 논자는 소위 ‘일상성분석’이 현존재의 형이상학을 위한 특별한 지평을 제공한다고 생각한다. 이점은 ‘실존’개념에 대한 재해석을 통해 보완 및 강화될 수 있다. 그 결과 “전체적으로 이미 존재하는 것에 대한 현존재의 무력한 의존성(die nicht mächtige Angewiesenheit)”이 현존재의 형이상학을 위한 근본동기로 밝혀질 것이다. 또한 그러한 의존성은 형이상학의 극복을 위한 동기로서도 기능하는데, 이와 관련해서는 『형이상학의 근본개념들』에서 주제화된 ‘권태’를 살필 것이다. 특히 ‘깊은 권태’는 현존재의 형이상학을 위한 근본동기, 즉 무력한 의존성이 어떻게 형이상학의 정초와 극복을 수행하는 지 보여주는 중요한 자료가 된다.
Abstract
This paper aims to note that Heidegger reinterprets his analysis of Dasein as the “metaphysics of Dasein” in the consciousness of metaphysical problems after the publication of Being and Time. The metaphysical problem of consciousness is functioning here. If the analysis of Dasein is an attempt to “build metaphysics” in a unique sense, as well as a “criticism of metaphysics,” we should be able to find such interpretability within the main instruments of the analysis of Dasein, considering its intention and background. I think Heidegger’s analysis of everydayness provides a special horizon for the metaphysics of Dasein. This can be supplemented and reinforced through a reinterpretation of the concept of “existence.” As a result, “the helpless dependence of Dasein on what already exists as a whole” (die nicht mächtige Angewiesenheit) will be found to be the fundamental motivation for the metaphysics of Dasein. In addition, such dependence functions as a motive for overcoming metaphysics, and in this regard, we will look at the theme of “weariness” in The Fundamental Concepts of Metaphysics.
