本文使用2008年中国居民收入调查（CHIP)数据，从微观层面探讨了在中国老龄化社会的背景下外来人口的随迁家庭人口结构对住房选择的影响。logit实证结果显示，家庭适龄就业者人数与住房选择成正相关，表明家庭中工作的人数越多，家庭经济水平越高，家庭更倾向于购买住房。家庭老年人口数量与住房选择成正相关，这表明随着中国老龄化社会的加快，家庭中老年人数量的增加，处于稳定养老的需求，家庭更倾向于买房而非租房。家庭少儿人口数量与住房选择也成正相关，这意味着，少儿人口数量越多的家庭更倾向于以买房来作为他们的居住方式。家庭户口与住房选择成正相关，这显示拥有本市户口的家庭更倾向于买房，对城市的归属感更强。本研究对当前中国老龄化社会问题及生育政策，房地产行业的未来预期有一定的参考价值,
Abstract
This paper using the data from the survey of China Household Income Projects (CHIP) in 2008 discusses the influence of population structure on the housing choice of the floating population based on the background of the aging society in China from the micro level. The empirical results of Logit show that the number of family age workers and housing options are positively correlated, which show that the higher number of family members go to work lead to the higher economic levels of family, thus the family is more inclined to purchase housing. The number of the elderly population of family and housing choice is positively correlated. It indicates that with the acceleration of the aging society in china and the increasing number of elderly people at home，families are in the demand for a stable pension and tend to buy a house instead of renting. The number of children in the family and housing choice is also a positive correlation, which means that the higher number of children in the family，the more inclined to buy a house as their way of living. Household accounts and housing options are positively related, which shows that the city's household accounts are more inclined to buy a house who have a stronger sense of belonging to the city. This study has a certain reference value on the current China's aging society, fertility policy and the expectation of the real estate industry in the future.
