Analysis of the importance factors of policy for the systematization of sports administration of local governments

The purpose of this study is to derive the 'important factors' that need to be secured most fundamentally for the systematization of local governments' sports administration and its continuous growth, and to analyze the relative achievement level of local governments' sports administration for each factor and suggest strategic alternatives. To this end, important factors for the development of local governments' sports administration and the performance of an efficient system were derived through related literature surveys and expert interviews, and strategic alternatives were proposed by conducting an 'importance-performance analysis' using them. As a result of the analysis, 5 important factors and a total of 34 sub-components for the development of the local government's sports administration system were derived. The derived factors are 'sports administration organization factors', 'sports budget and finance factors', 'sports facility factors', 'sports human resources factors', and 'sports development factors'. A 'importance-performance analysis' was conducted using the sub-components of the five factors derived, and based on this, strategic alternatives in various aspects for the development of local body sports administration were proposed.
