To verify the hypothesis, we tested usingsurvey data. The results supported the hypothesis statistically. Several implicationscan be suggested. There is no one way to promote and develop creativity in themilitary. The government should use multidimensional and interdisciplinary interventionssuitable for the different levels of creativity. Especially, the institutional interventionshould be considered as the most important method in terms of being significantfor all three levels of creativity in the military.
