문헌을 통한 해미읍성(海美邑城) 고찰 - 성곽과 성곽부대시설을 중심으로 -

Abstract

This treatise aimed at re-explanation for Haemi-eup Castle which is restored in existence, arranging inaccurate judgment correctly. The materials about the Castle of Haemi-eup and its subsidiary facilities of old literatures that are recorded concerning Haemi were analyzed and compared with the others and then mistaken records, conceptual confusion and misunderstanding of literature explanation were found out. It can not be concluded that everything in time and space about historical facts is able to be grasped and investigated perfectly by the literature only, but it is great literature value to verify the regional life and to look back it, using the materials recorded in detail and the matters which are united in the relations between human and nature in the region. In Chapter I, I found out the contents about the Castle of Hami-eup and its subsidiary facilities among some verified literatures that whole contents concerning Haemi are recorded item by item and also the literature with the maps and annotation and so on. In Chapter II, the literature which is enumerated in Chapter I is classified according to the structure and Haemi-eup Castle that was restored in existence was re-construed after finding out mistakes as compared the name of facilities, construction and conception in those times with the present ones. In Chapter III, the records concerning not only Haemi but also the other regions are arranged by what should be to look into the regional historical value and wheel traces and the records of each region are synthetically and systematically made according to the regions, the age and items.
