공학 교육에서의 특성화 교과과정의 설계 및 운영은 사회 수요 요구형 인재를 양성하는 데 있어 중요한 과제이다. 공학교육은 공학인증으로 대변되는 인증 교육 과정과 공학인증 대신 또 다른 특성화된 교육 과정을 원하고 있다. 실무 중심과 직무 위주의 인재를 양성하기 위해서 국가에서 표준화한 직무체계인 국가직무표준(NCS)를 활용하여 스마트 IT 전공의 교과과정을 설계하고자 한다. 스마트 IT은 IT에 이동성과 편리성을 더한 스마트 기기에 의해 언제, 어디서나, 누구나가 사용하는 IT 기술이다. 스마트 IT는 스마트 폰, 스마트 TV, 스마트 패드 등과 같은 스마트 단말기, 안드로이드와 iOS 같은 플랫폼, 모바일 통신, 그리고, 그 위에서 동작하는 수많은 스마트 앱으로 구성된다. 또한, 스마트 IT를 기반으로 한 융합 산업으로 스마트 헬스케어, 스마트 자동차, 스마트 홈, 스마트 그리드, 스마트 농장 등으로 진화하고 있다. 스마트 IT 분야와 관련 있는 스마트문화앱콘텐츠제작과 응용소프트웨어엔지니어링 직무를 선택하고 각 직무별 교과과정에 포함시킬 능력단위를 선별한다. 선별된 능력단위에 따라 교과목을 도출하고 고등 교육에 적합한 교과과정을 도출한다. 공학교육의 다양화를 위해 공학 인증을 기반으로 하는 교과과정과 더불어 NCS를 기반으로 하는 교과과정을 설계하여 사회에서 원하는 다양한 스마트 IT 전공 인재를 양성하는 데 기여하고자 한다.
Abstract
Design and management of specialized curriculum in engineering education is important task for training society-demanded human resources. Engineering education accreditation and specialized engineering curriculum are necessary in engineering education. For cultivating the practical and job-oriented human resources, we design a curriculum for smart IT by using National Competency Standards(NCS) standardized by Korean government. Smart IT is an IT technology that everyone uses the smart devices by adding the convenience of mobility and IT anywhere, anytime, anyone. Smart IT is composed of smart devices such as smart phones, smart TV, smart pad, platforms like android and iOS, mobile communications by LTE, and a number of apps to operate on them. In addition, the convergence industry based on smart IT has evolved into smart healthcare, smart cars, smart home, smart grid, and smart farms. We selected smart culture app contents production subdivision and application software engineering subdivision, related to smart IT, and then chose competency units which will be included the courses. Depending on the competency units, we draw subjects and curriculum which are suitable for higher education. For the various engineering education, we design the curriculum based on NCS along with engineering education standing on the basis of accreditation, and we hope this study to contribute cultivating the various society-demanded smart IT human resources.
