‘Bodiness’ is a new terminology that can become a key word in all academic fields. Therefore this study aimed to find out the organic relationship between music and bodiness through the review of the bodiness in music, and to investigate the evaluation criteria for it. As a result of examining the organic relationship between music and bodiness in four areas of music genre, education, composition, and performance, it was found that all four areas related to the bodiness. All music genres were developed in the human cultural community and have a deep relationship with bodiness. In the field of music education, teaching methods combined with the body have already been found to be active. Composition based on the bodiness makes more creative music, and performance based on the body provides naturalness and comfort to players and listeners. In this study, these four criteria's set to verify the bodiness in music: feeling the music, listening, expressing, and making it though imagination. And provided an example of Bodiness Quotient.
