인구통계학적요인과 교육훈련 인식이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 새마을금고를 대상으로 하여 인구통계학적 요인과 교육훈련에 대한 인식이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 미치는지 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 직무만족도는 성별, 직급, 경영등급에서 집단별 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 조직몰입도는 성별, 근무경력, 직급, 연령에서 집단별 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 새마을금고직원이 인식하는 교육훈련은 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 각각 44.5%, 28.8%, 직무만족도는 조직몰입도에 49.3%의 설명력을 가지고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 인구통계학적 요인과 관련하여 새마을금고의 건전육성 시 조직운영 관리를 위한 기준으로 활용이 가능하다. 그리고 새마을금고직원의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 직원들이 교육훈련 참석시 상사와 동료의 적극적 지원과, 만족도 높은 새마을금고연수원의 교육과정 개발 등을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study analyzed how demographic variables and educational training affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the employees of Community Credit Cooperative. In the results of analysis, job satisfaction was significantly different among the groups according to gender, position, and management grade, and organizational commitment was significantly different among the groups according to gender, the length of service, position, and age. In addition, educational training perceived by the employees of community credit cooperatives explained 44.5% of job satisfaction and 28.8% of organizational commitment, and job satisfaction explained 49.3% of organizational commitment. The results of this study as presented above are usable as criteria for organizational management related to demographic variables in promoting the healthy development of Community Credit Cooperative. Also, in order to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the employees of Community Credit Cooperative, this study suggested active support for the employees’ educational training by their superiors and colleagues and development of satisfactory education programs at the training center of Community Credit Cooperative.
