New media often lead to the change of human sense and social order. The important change in the early 20th century stand on the basis of the appearance of new media. Modern culture, generally, is called as the age of printing culture. but vocal media is as important as that. Telephone, radio and phonograph have made an epoch in the history of media and culture since the late 19th century. In early stage, telephone often functioned as a means of business, but in general created a new personal space-time. a radio and phonograph also contributed to formnation' and the inner space of nuclear family. in addition, these media found new sensibility and popular cultural system through amalgamation with other media. This article will do an analysis of the relation of between vocal media and modern culture of china.
