Abstract
Reflecting the COVID-19 pandemic around the world, the purpose of the current study was to find the types of organizational culture that mediate the relationship between e-learning effectiveness and organizational performance. To that end, we used the 7th data (Year 2017) of HCCP (Human Capital Corporate Panel) to analyze data from companies in South Korea. We obtained 683 responses by taking the stratified sampling approach, used SPSS 23.0 with model 4 and custom model of PROCESS Macro 3.5 to analyze the data. The analysis results are as follows: (1) e-learning effectiveness had a positive impact on non-financial performance(NP); (2) the sizes of mediation effects of organizational culture on the relationship between e-learning effectiveness and NP were larger in the order of the adhocracy culture, the clan culture, and the market culture; (3) NP mediated partially the relationship between e-learning effectiveness and financial performance(FP); (4) the size of serial mediation effects of organizational culture and NP on the relationship between e-learning effectiveness and FP were larger in the order of the adhocracy culture and NP, the clan culture and NP, and the market culture and NP. Based on the results, we provided implications for HRD research and practice.
