창업기업의 성장단계별 지원서비스 만족도에 관한 연구:부산지역 BI 입주기업을 중심으로

초록

창업기업의 성공률 제고를 위해 설립된 창업보육센터에 대한 그동안의 연구는 창업보육센터의 개념, 필요성, 제공서비스 중심의 개념적 연구와 효율적 운영 및 성과평가 중심의 실천적 연구의 두 방향으로 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 개념적 연구에서 제기한 제공서비스의 창업기업에 대한 효과에 대한 검증은 부족했다. 본 연구에서는 창업보육센터의 지원서비스가 기업의 성장단계별로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다.연구의 결과 창업보육센터 입주기업도 기업 성장모델과정이 적용됨을 확인하였으며, 창업보육센터의 지원서비스에 대한 만족도는 전단계에서 대체로 만족하고 있으나, H/W 측면의 지원에 상대적으로 부족함을 보이고 있다. 또한 기업의 창업단계에서는 인력지원, 상업화단계에서는 장비 및 시설지원과 자금지원이, 성장단계이후에는 장비 및 시설지원이 만족도와 유의하다. 또한 표본 기업의 92.7%가 POST-BI의 운영 필요성을 나타내고 있음은 현재의 BI운영 체계의 조기 개선이 필요함을 의미하고 있다.이러한 결과는 창업보육센터의 역할 재조정의 필요성을 확인해주고 있으며, POST-BI의 경우 상업화단계 이후의 기업에 대한 지원이 주목적으로 생산과 확장에 대비한 탄력적인 공간의 제공을 비롯한 마케팅, 자금 및 네트워크 활성화지원에 대한 지원체계의 특화가 필요함을 알 수 있다.

Abstract

Numerous Countries promote business incubator programs to revitalize local economy, increase employment, and nurture high-tech industries. Recently, a number of post-business incubators have been established and operated with aims to adapt to changing environment and increase economic competitiveness in Korea. This study based on the critical service factors in BI, and identifies impact factors of start firms over the stages of growth. This effort is beneficial to understand of efficient of BI’s services and suggest basis of establishment of Post-BI and it’s operation.Empirical data was collected from 179 firms of BI in Busan. It used the questionnaire method for the CEO, It is executed the ANOVA and Regression analysis to test hypotheses of influencing effects.Results of empirical study are as follow:1. The stage of growth is different from each firms in BI. Therefore the services of BI are different to each firms too.2. The satisfaction of BI’s service is some high-degree all stage of growth. But The support of hardware is partly insufficiency that is the additional Space, the public use room and equipment etc. 3.The prerequisite support is human resources in start stage. In the commercial stage the prerequisite support are the additional Space, equipment and financing support. The expansion stage’s prerequisite support are the additional Space and equipment.4. The majority of sample firms (92.7%) needs post business incubator. That result indicate the need of reform operation of BI systems.In conclusion, the satisfaction of BI’s supports is significant differences by growth-stage of firms. So it is necessity that Post-BI is established rapidly. and Post-BI have flexible Space, Equipment and Link program for marketing, a variety of networks for information.
