상위인지전략중심의 가정연계 게임놀이프로그램이 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동의 문제행동, 실행기능 및 어머니의 양육반응에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구의 목적은 상위인지전략중심의 가정연계 게임놀이프로그램이 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동의 문제행동, 실행기능 및 어머니의 양육반응에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것으로 주의력결핍과잉행동장애로 진단되고 어머니와 함께 연구에 참여할 수 있는 아동 3명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구는 아동의 문제행동에 대해서는 대상자간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 이용하였고 아동의 실행기능과 어머니의 양육반응에 대해서는 사전-사후검사 설계를 이용하였으며, 양적 연구를 보완하고 독립변인의 효과를 좀 더 면밀히 분석하기 위하여 연구에 참여한 어머니를 대상으로 반구조화 면접법을 이용한 질적 연구를 병행하였다. 연구결과 연구에 참여한 아동 3명 모두 정도의 차이는 있었으나 문제행동은 감소하고 실행기능은 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어머니의 양육반응에도 긍정적인 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상위인지전략중심의 가정연계 게임놀이프로그램은 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동의 문제행동을 감소시키고 실행기능을 향상시키며, 어머니의 양육반응에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 결론내릴 수 있다. 본 연구는 게임놀이에 상위인지전략을 활용하고 가정과의 연계를 통한 접근을 함으로써 아동의 문제행동 감소와 실행기능 향상뿐 만 아니라 어머니의 양육반응에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다는 데에 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a meta-cognitive strategies based center-home cooperative gameplay programs on the problematic behaviors, executive functions of children with ADHD and the maternal response of their mothers. The objects of this study are three children who are diagnosed with ADHD and are able to participate in this study with their mothers. For this study, the multiple probe design across subjects is used when it comes to the problematic behaviors of children, and pretest-posttest design is used for executive functions of children and maternal response of their mothers. In order to complement quantitative research and analyze closely the effects of independent variables, qualitative research is applied at the same time, using semi-structured interview method targeting the mothers who participate in the study. As a result, the problematic behaviors of all three children who participated in seem to be decreased, and their executive functions seem to be improved. And also maternal response of their mothers turn out to be changed positively. In conclusion, a meta-cognitive strategies based center-home cooperative gameplay programs decrease the problematic behaviors of children with ADHD, and advance their executive function. And also a meta-cognitive strategies based center-home cooperative gameplay programs affect maternal response of mothers positively.
