Abstract
This study is to analyzes the spillover effect of technology on R&D investment. In particular, we analyzed the effect of setting OFDI path of the technology. As a result, TFP change through R&D investment showed positive effect on private R&D and negative effect on government R&D investment. Therefore, we found that the technology spillover through productivity change is made through FDI. As shown in the result of this paper, it is important to develop technology through R&D investment in order to have a comparative advantage in determining the foreign investment of domestic companies.
