Q방법론을 통한 임상간호사의 비판적 사고-직관 연계 추론

본 연구는 임상의 간호사가 임상적 판단에 활용하는 바람직한 사고인 비판적 사고와 임상에서 간호경력의 증가와 더불어 개발되는 직관에 대한 주관적 판단의 가치와 구조의 연계를 Q-방법론을 통추론 해내는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 본 연구는 두 개의 Q요인 즉 임상간호사의 비판적 사고와 직관의 Q-요인분석을 임상간호사인 동일 P표본을 중심으로 연계하여 비판적 사고-직관의 연계 유형을 구성하여 임상간호사의 비판적 사고와 직관의 연계성을 추론하였다. 연구결과, 임상간호사의 비판적 사고-직관의 연계의 추론 유형은 15개 유형이 제시되었으며, 그중 추론된 주요 연계 유형은 1) 인과관계 중심의 연역적 추론사고-분석적 인과양상 구성을 통한 임상적 앎 유형, 2) 환자반응 중심의 실무모형구성사고-사례 간 비교를 통한 효과적 간호사례를 통한 임상적 앎 유형, 3) 효율우선의 간호순위 범주구성 사고-문제해결 순위중심의 양상 구성을 통한 임상적 앎 유형, 그리고 4) 상황별 타당한 간호의 판별사고-분석적 인과관계의 양상 구성을 통한 임상적 앎 유형이었다.
Abstract
Critical thinking is an attitude and reasoning process and intuition is a form of personal knowledge and defined as the ability to understand or know something by using feeling rather than by carefully considering the facts. This research was conducted in an attempt to make inferences on connection between two phenomena in clinical nurses; critical thinking and intuition. Two studies(one was on critical thinking, the other was on intuition)with Q-methodological approach that had been conducted with same P-samples(Clinical nurses) were analysed. This study suggested 15 types of connection on clinical nurses' critical thinking and intuition and among them, 4 types of connection on clinical nurses' critical thinking and intuition were inferred as main types based on factor arrays and prototypes of each factor. : (1) Deductive reasoning based on causal relation - Analytic causal relation pattern formulating, (2) Construction of an effective model based on patients' responses - Categorizing by connecting effective nursing cases, (3)Formulating categories based on priorities for effective interventions - Priority setting for problem solving pattern formulating, and (4) Judging validity of the situational significance on clinical performances - Analytic causal relation pattern formulating.
