페미니즘은 섣부른 화해와 평화의 수사, 고고한 윤리적 우월성이 현시되는 장이 결코 아니다. 이것은 존재론적 폭력이라는 새로운 사유의 터를 열어젖히는 각축의 장이다. 이러한 의미에서, 이 논문은 세 가지 층위에서 존재론적 폭력을 구사하는 방식이자 새로운 연대의 공동체를 열기 위한 쟁투의 철학이 될 것이다. 첫 번째로 필자는 기존의 전문가주의적 페미니즘 연구자, 활동가 중심에서 페미니스트 다중의 탄생을 통해 페미니즘의 축이 새로이 개편되고 있음을 제 4물결 페미니즘의 측면에서 분석할 것이다. 두 번째로 ‘모두를 위한 페미니즘’과 ‘모두가 페미니스트가 되어야 한다.’라는 두 명제의 차이가 무엇인가를 철학적으로 드러낼 것이다. 또한 TERF(Trans-exclusionary Radical Feminist)–트랜스 배제적 래디컬 페미니스트라는 용어가 페미니즘 판에서 어떻게 낙인이자 혐오발화로 사용되고 있는가를 낱낱이 분석함과 동시에 정치적 올바름의 축이 여전히 남성중심적으로 개편되어있는 현실을 비판할 것이다. 세 번째로 서로가 처한 가장 취약한 현실을 서로에 대한 공포의 먹잇감으로 키우고 있는 공포정치가 어떻게 두 페미니즘 진영에서 발발, 강화되고 있는지를 살펴볼 것이다. 즉 필자는 이를 페미니즘 레퀴엠(feminism requiem)이라 명명하는 이론화 작업을 통해, 이러한 메커니즘의 작동방식, 원인에 대해 분석할 것이다. 나아가 자크 데리다의 환대 개념의 한계를 드러내며 상호환대정치의 가능성의 조건을 탐구하고자 한다.
Abstract
Feminism is not the field of the reiteration of non-violence and peace whose objective is to manifest the moral superiority. It is an opening to the ontological violence which is the creation of the radical thought. This article aims to formulate the analysis of the fruitful conflictuality and to develop the solution that puts an end to hate provocation. First, I am trying to focus on the introduction of a new axis of Korean feminism that is the feminist multitude. It would upset the professionalized feminism that is constituted by the academic feminist and the feminist activist. Second, I’m going to operate the conceptual differentiation between feminism for everybody and the proposition that everyone should be feminist. In addition, I will demonstrate how the term “Trans-exclusionary Radical Feminist”(TERF) serves as a stigma and incitement to hatred against feminist women. The notion of political correctness would also be the object of critical analysis. Third, I will provide a meticulous analysis of the feminism requiem that is a phenomenon of attacking the vulnerable situation to provoke the fear of death. I try to develop politics of mutual hospitality between non-trans gender women and trans women.
