본 연구는 간호학과에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 간호창업에 대한 인식 유형을 탐색함으로써 간호창업 교육프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 Q방법론을 활용하였다. 총 9명의 간호창업가, 간호경영자를 심층 면담한 선행 연구의 면담 자료와 관련 문헌을 참고하여 154개의 Q모집단을 구성하고 50개의 Q표본을 추출한 후, 총 33명의 대상자에게 Q분류를 실시하였다. 연구결과 ‘비전중심 개척형’, ‘성과중심 도전형’, ‘비즈니스중심 탐구형’, ‘상황중심 숙고형’의 4개 유형이 확인되었다. 4개의 다양한 특성을 지닌유형의 확인은 간호창업에 대한 긍정, 부정의 태도 뿐 아니라 간호대학생이 대학 교육의 과정에서 미래 진로를계획함에 있어 가지는 다양한 주관성이 반영된 결과라 할 수 있다. 이러한 다양한 유형을 통한 간호대학생의 간호창업에 대한 주관적 인식에 대한 이해는 보다 효과적인 간호창업 교육 개발을 위한 프로그램 구성에 기여할것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of nursing start-up education program by exploring the perception types of nursing start-up for nursing college students. This study utilized Q methodology. A total of 9 nursing entrepreneurs and nursing managers were interviewed and 154 Q-populations were constructed by referring to the interview data and related literature. After extracting 50 Q-samples, Thirty-three P-samples sorted Q-samples. As a result of the research, 4 types of perception about start-up of nursing college students were identified as follows: ‘vision-centered pioneer’, ‘outcome-centered challenger’, ‘business-centered explorer’, and ‘circumstance-centered thinker.’ Confirmation of these 4 types can be interpreted as reflecting not only the positive and negative attitudes toward nursing start-up but also the various subjectivity that nursing students have in planning their future career. Understanding the subjective perception of nursing start-up of nursing college students should be reflected in the program composition to develop more effective nursing entrepreneurship education program.
