단기 창업교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 기업가정신, 자기효능감 및 창업의도에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 간호대학생을 위해 개발된 창업교육프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계의 유사실험연구이며, 연구대상은 일 지역의 2개 대학의 4학년 재학 중인 간호대학생으로 실험군 29명, 대조군 30명이었다. 창업교육프로그램은 주 90분, 8주 동안 실시되었으며, 사전･사후조사는 동일하게 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 기업가정신, 자기효능감, 창업의도를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 기술통계, χ²-test, t-test, Fisher’s exact test, Kolmogorov- Smirnov, independent t-test, paired t-test를 이용하였다. 연구결과는 창업교육프로그램을 적용한 후 기업가정신(t=3.34, p=.002)과 창업의도(t=4.33, p=.003)는 두 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있었으나, 자기효능감은 유의한 차이가 없었다(t=1.28, p=.206). 본 연구 결과를 통해 창업교육프로그램은 간호대학생의 기업가정신, 창업의도를 높이는 효과가 있음을 확인하였으며, 추후 간호대학생의 특성에 맞는 창업교육프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 현재 개발된 창업교육프로그램을 더 많은 학생들에게 적용하고 효과 검증을 통해 창업교육프로그램의 질 향상을 위한 추후 연구를 제안한다.
Abstract
This study tried to verify the effectiveness of the start-up education program for nursing students. The research method was a quasi-experimental study of the design before and after an inequality control group, and the subjects were 29 students in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The start-up education program was conducted for 90 minutes a week for 8 weeks, and the pre and post surveys measured entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention using the same structured questionnaire. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, χ²-test, t-test, Fisher’s exact test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, independent t-test, and paired t-test were used using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. As a result of the study, there were significant differences between the two groups in entrepreneurship (t=3.34, p=.002) and entrepreneurial intention (t=4.33, p=.003) after the start-up education program was applied, but self-efficacy was significant (t=1.28, p=.206). Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that the start-up education program had the effect of increasing the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of nursing students. It was confirmed that the development of start-up educational programs was necessary. Based on these results, we propose future research to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education programs by applying the currently developed entrepreneurship education program to more students and verifying its effectiveness.
