창업교육 인식의 가설발견적 접근

본 연구는 최근 취업의 일환으로 창업을 고려하고 있는 취업준비생들과 더불어 실제 창업교육 및 창업경험이 있는 응답자를 대상으로 창업에 대한 전반적인 이해와 인식을 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석을 위하여 조사대상의 창업에 대한 의견 및 인식(perception)을 바탕으로 진술문(Q표본)을 확보하고, 이에 대한 유형화 과정에서 질적연구방법인 ‘Q방법론(Q-methodology)’를 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 Q분석을 위하여 창업과 관련한 Q표본(진술문) 30개를 확보하고 응답자 P표본 30명을 선정, Q표본에 대한 Q분류(sorting)를 실시하였다. 분석결과, Q표본 30개에 대한 P표본 30명의 창업 및 창업교육에 대한 의견은 5개의 유형으로 분류되었다. 즉, <유형 Ⅰ>은 ‘사업운영의 체계적 관리 능력을 위한 교육이 필요하다’, ‘자산(자금 등)관리기법을 위한 교육이 필요하다’ 등의 진술문을 강조하고 있어, 「사업관리능력교육형」으로 명명하였다. <유형 Ⅱ>는 ‘창업에 대한 전반적인 지식을 향상시킬 수 있어야 한다’, ‘실무에 활용할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다’, ‘창업을 준비하는 이들에게 필요한 교육이어야 한다’ 등의 진술문을 강조하고 있어, 「창업목적교육형」으로 명명하였다. <유형 Ⅲ>은 ‘자산(자금 등)관리기법을 위한 교육이 필요하다’를 강조하고 있어, 「고객관리능력교육형」으로 명명하였다. <유형 Ⅳ>는 ‘구성원들간의 관계관리가 가능할 수 있는 관계교육이 필요하다’, ‘구성원의 역량강화를 위한 교육이 필요하다’를 강조하고 있어, 「구성원관계관리교육형」으로, 그리고 <유형 Ⅴ>는 ‘사업운영의 체계적 관리 능력을 위한 교육이 필요하다’, ‘서비스마인드를 함양시킬 수 있어야 한다’ 등을 강조하고 있어, 「서비스마인드함양교육형」으로 각각 명명하였다. 한편, 각 유형별 응답자의 분포 또한 다양하게 분포하고 있어, 창업에 대한 인식에 차이가 존재한다는 가설을 발견할 수 있었으며, 이러한 일련의 분석결과는 향후 실제 창업을 계획하고 있는 이들을 위한 창업교육 프로그램의 유용성 및 창업교육 활성화를 위한 방안 모색과 관련한 후속 연구에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the overall understanding and perception of entrepreneurship among the respondents who have actual entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship experience with job-seekers who are considering entrepreneurship as part of their recent employment. For the analysis, the Q-methodology, a qualitative research method of the typification process, was used to secure the statement (Q- sample) based on the opinions and perceptions of the start-up of the research subjects. For Q analysis, 30 Q-samples related to start-up were secured and 30 P-samples were selected to perform Q classification for Q-samples. As a result of the analysis, 30 P-samples for 30 Q-samples were classified into 5 types of opinions on start-up and start-up education. <Type I> emphasized the statement such as 'education for systematic management ability of business operation is necessary' and 'education for asset(fund, etc.) management technique is necessary', so it was named as 「Business Management Ability Education Type」. <Type II> was named as 「Entrepreneurship Purpose Education Type」. Because it emphasized statement such as 'the overall knowledge about entrepreneurship should be improved', 'education that can be used in practice'. <Type III> emphasizes the need for education for asset management techniques, so it is named as 「Customer Management Ability Education Type」. <Type IV> emphasized that 'relationship education is necessary for relationship management among members', so 「Relationship Management Education Type」 and 「Type V」 emphasized 'education for systematic management ability of business operation', so 「Service Mind Development Education Type」. Therefore, based on the results of a series of analysis, it is expected to expand to a follow-up study to find ways to promote and usefulness of the entrepreneurship education program for those who are planning to start a business in the future.
