본 연구는 고령화 사회에 있어 시니어 태권도 바우처를 통한 윤리적 가치를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 스포츠정신 즉스포츠맨십이 스포츠퍼슨십으로 바뀌어 가는 상황에서 이제 스포츠는 젊은 선수들의 영역을 넘어 전 세대로 확장 되어가고 있다. 시니어 스포츠 활동을 통해 삶의 질을 향상하고 건강을 증진하는 것은 국가적 과제이다. 시니어 태권도바우처라는 복지 정책을 통해 지속적인 태권도 수련을 이어간다면 노인들의 신체적, 정서적, 사회적 복지에 긍정적인영향을 줄 것이며, 특히 남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있는 태권도는 노인들에게 있어 접근성이 좋은 스포츠이다. 문헌연구를 중심으로 시니어 체육정책과 태권도 철학에 대한 이론을 고찰하고 윤리적 효과를 도출하였다. 시니어 태권도바우처 제도의 배경과 윤리적 가치 내면화, 태권도 철학의 윤리적 탐구를 통해 시니어 태권도 바우처가 노인의 신체건강 증진과 삶의 질 향상, 가족과 사회적 통합, 세대 간 유대증진이라는 긍정적 가치에 기여함을 확인하였다. 이를통해 시니어 태권도 바우처가 단순한 복지를 넘어 윤리적 가치가 내재된 즉, 태권도 철학이 있는 실천 복지 정책임을제시하고자 함에 의의를 갖는다.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the ethical value of senior taekwondo vouchers in an aging society. As sportsmanship, or the spirit of sportsmanship, shifts to sportspersonship, sports are now expanding beyond the domain of young athletes to encompass all generations. Improving the quality of life and promoting health through senior sports activities is a national priority. Encouraging ongoing taekwondo training through the welfare policy of senior taekwondo vouchers will have a positive impact on the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults. Taekwondo, a sport accessible to all ages and genders, is particularly accessible to older adults. Based on a literature review, this study examined theories related to senior sports policy and taekwondo philosophy, deriving ethical implications. Through an examination of the background of the senior taekwondo voucher system, the internalization of ethical values, and an ethical exploration of taekwondo philosophy, this study confirmed that senior taekwondo vouchers contribute to the positive outcomes of improving physical health and quality of life, familial and social integration, and fostering intergenerational bonds among older adults. Through this, the significance of the Senior Taekwondo Voucher lies in its attempt to suggest that it is a practical welfare policy that goes beyond simple welfare and embodies ethical values, that is, a welfare policy with the philosophy of Taekwondo.
