장애인 체육교실에 참여하는 대학생 자원봉사자의 참여 동기가 역할갈등과 자긍심에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장애인 체육교실에서 자원봉사활동을 하는 대학생들의 참여 동기와 역할갈등, 자긍심 간의 인과 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적에 따라, 2014년 3월부터 4월까지 장애인 체육교실에 참여하는 대학생 자원봉사자 183명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 18.0과 Amos 16.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형(structural equation model)분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 자원봉사자의 참여 동기는 역할갈등에 정적, 부적으로 영향을 미쳤으며 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 구체적으로 외적 동기는 대인관계 갈등과 업무관계 갈등에 부적 영향을, 조직관계 갈등에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 내적 동기는 대인관계 갈등과 조직관계 갈등에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 역할갈등은 자긍심에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 업무관계 갈등은 자긍심에 부적 영향을, 대인관계 갈등과 조직관계 갈등은 자긍심에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여 동기와 자긍심 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 모두 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 구체적으로 외적 동기와 내적동기 모두 자긍심에 정적 영향을 미쳤다.
Abstract
This study carried out its investigation targeting these university students who were working as volunteers in adapted physical activity class, and analyzed the causal relations among the volunteers’ participation motivation, role conflict and pride. In order to achieve the research goals, the study conducted a survey targeting a total of 183 university student volunteers participating in adapted physical activity class from March to April of 2014. The study used programs such as SPSS 18.0 and Amos 16.0 to conduct the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis and the structural equation model analysis. According to the findings, first of all, the participation motivation of the volunteers had both the positive and negative influences on the role conflict, and significant differences were observed. The extrinsic motivations tuned out to have negative effects on these interpersonal conflict and task conflict but a positive influence on the organizational conflict. In terms of the intrinsic motivation, the study observed that they affect the interpersonal conflict and the organizational conflict only positively. Second, the study learned that the role conflict have a partial influence on the pride. In detail, the task conflict affect the pride in a negative way, but the interpersonal conflict and the organizational conflict do not have any significant effect on the pride. Third, the study looked into the relation of the participation motivation with the pride and came up with the significant differences. To be specific, it was confirmed that the pride is affected not only by the extrinsic motivation but also by the intrinsic motivation.
