슈만 연가곡집 「미르텐」(1840) 중 하이네의 시를 가사로 하는 3개의 예술가곡에 관한 분석연구: 시어에 따른 음악의 연관성을 중심으로

연구 목적: 본 연구는 하이네의 시를 가사로 하는 3곡을 작곡한 슈만의 연가곡집 「미르텐」을 가지고 분석 연구하여 시어에 따른 음악의 연관성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 문헌 연구 방법으로 19세기 독일 예술가곡과 슈만의 생애와 가곡의 특징에 대하여 알아본다. 슈만 연가곡집 「미르텐」 중에서 하이네의 시를 가사로 하는 3개의 예술가곡에 대한 분석연구를 악곡 분석을 통하여 연구한다. 연구 내용: 시의 행이나 연에 따라 음악 형식과의 연관성을 살펴보고자 한다. 악곡마다 구조와 조성의 변화 등을 분석하고, 시어에 따른 음악과의 연관성을 알아보고자 한다. 결론 및 제언: 슈만은 시의 연에 따라 음악 형식을 맞추었던 것으로 분석되었다. 성악 성부를 강조 할 때는 피아노 소프라노 성부가 성악 성부와 같은 선율을 유니즌으로 연주하였다. 시어의 단어를 강조할 때는 음정과 리듬의 음악 언어로 표출하였고, 시어의 문장을 강조할 때는 성악과 피아노의 클라이맥스로 짜임새 있게 구성하였다. 슈만의 연가곡집 「미르텐」의 26곡 중 3곡만 분석하였고 앞으로 나머지 23곡에 대해서도 심층적 분석 연구가 향후 과제로 남았다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of music according to poetic words by analyzing and studying three songs composed with Heine’s poems from Schumann’s song cycle Myrthen. As a method of literature research, 19th century German art songs and Schumann’s life and characteristics of songs are investigated. In Schumann’s song cycle Mirten, three pieces with Heine’s poems are studied through analysis of music. The relationship of the musical form according to the line or stanza of the poem will be examined. The change of structure and tonality will be analyzed by each pieces, it will be find out the association of music following the poetic word will be find. As a result, It was analyzed that Schumann matched the form of music according to the stanza of the poem. When emphasizing the vocal part, the piano soprano part played the same melody as the vocal part in unison. The poetic words were emphasized by expressed in the musical language of pitch and rhythm, and when the sentences of the poetic language were emphasized, the climax of vocal music and piano was organized in a structured manner. Only 3 pieces of 26 songs in Schumann’s song cycle Mirten were analyzed, and an in-depth analysis of the remaining 23 songs remains a future task.
