After chinese reform and opening up, why the law related religion of main land china is so different from capitalist countries and even other socialist sountries? perhaps, it's because their epistemic position on the sinisizing of marx-leninist religious theory have produced contemporary law related religion throughout the socialist process of modern china. especially going through social market economy, the law related religion of main land china both internally and externally have been specialized, and distinguished from capitalist countries and even other socialist sountries. on a focus of religion state and society relationship, this paper illuminates that the law related religion of main land china have been built on their own perceptions, and have been had what kind of difference from old foundation. so to speak, this paper researches What kinds of interrelationship have been existence between chinese reformation opening and their law related religion.
