우리나라 장애유아 언어 연구의 현황 분석

이 연구는 국내 장애유아를 대상으로 한 언어 연구의 현황을 파악하고 향후 과제를 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 1990년대부터 2005년 사이에 발간된 특수교육관련 분야 학술지 중 「언어청각장애연구」와 「언어치료연구」, 「특수교육학연구」「정서행동장애연구」와 「유아특수교육연구」에 발표된 논문 중에서 해당 논문 90편이 선정되었으며, 연구방법과 내용에 따른 하위 범주별 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 연구방법 중 장애유형에서는 정서행동장애아를 대상으로 한 논문이, 연구유형에서는 실험연구가 연구환경에 관한 세부 영역에서 실험장소로는 치료실(42편)이, 교수상황은 개별 형태가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 내용의 유형에서 독립변인 유형은 전통적 중재 방법 중 1:1 훈련 및 시범이나 모방(28편)이 가장 많았고, 종속변인은 표현언어가 수용언어 보다 현저히 많았으며, 표현언어 중에서도 언어의 내용에 해당하는 의미론에 관한 중재 효과를 보고자 한 논문이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 우리나라 장애유아를 대상으로 한 언어연구 현황분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 언어 연구 과제의 방향에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.
Abstract
By analyzing the research contents of the papers on the language of preschoolers with disability which have been presented in research papers in the field of special education, this study was to find out the trend of language research for preschoolers with disability and also to present some tasks which have to be studied in the future. For this purpose, 90 papers on language for preschoolers with disability were chosen and subsequent categories for research contents were also analyzed. The subsequent categories for research methods include the type of disability, the kind of research, intervention setting, and the subsequent categories for contents include independent variables and dependent variables. The result of this study showed that the researches for the children of Emotional disorder and experimental study and researches on clinical environment for intervention setting were the most in number concerning the types of disability and the type of research respectively. In the type of research content, man to man drill was used the most for independent variables while expressive language was more used than receptive language for dependent variables. Based on these results, the overall trend regarding research methods and contents for korean preschoolers with disability were discussed and some suggestions were provided.
