바이택트(bitact) 교육생태계의 필요와 피로 현상에 대한 내러티브 연구

본 연구의 목적은 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 급격한 전환이 이루어지고 있는 교육생태계 실태와 미래 대응전략을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대, 중소도시, 농어촌 등의 현직교사, 학부모, 학생 등을 대상으로 623명의 설문을 실시, 반응자 중 24명을 심층 면담하였다. 수집된 자료는 근거이론 기반의 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 새로운 교육생태계의 긍정적인 경험은 교사의 경우 교사 역량강화, 효율적인 수업 등, 부모의 경우 건강관리, 화목한 가정, 학습관리, 매체 활용 능력 향상 등, 학생의 경우 편리한 수업, ICT능력 등이다. 둘째, 부정적인 경험은 교사의 경우 학생관리, 수업관리, 업무량 증가 등, 학부모의 경우 걱정거리, 부담감, 불만 등, 학생의 경우 생활습관 유지, 온전한 학습, 관계형성 등이다. 본 연구는 코로나 19로 인해 비대면 학습방식으로 전환되는 과정에서 겪은 각 급 교육주체들의 경험적 서사를 구체적으로 살펴봄으로써 급격한 교육생태계 변화에 능동적으로 대응하는데 필요한 근거자료를 제공하고 지속가능한 가치 기반의 교육생태계 구축에 필요한 교육학적 대안과 방향성을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The study focused on the Bitact ecology of education’s needs and fatigue as an effect. For this, total of 628 students, their parents, and the teachers from primary and secondary education in various sizes of cities. 24 of them were interviewed in depth. The data was collected through surveys, transcriptions, and field summaries in qualitative measures. The results are the following. First, a positive Bitact ecology of education experiences came from several different aspects for students, parents, and the teachers. Second, negative Bitact ecology of education experiences came from several different aspects as well. The study, by looking at experiences of the students, teachers, and the parents during the transitional period to asynchronous learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, provides research behind what is needed during the changes towards Bitact methods for all levels of education.
