사회문화적 관점에 근거한 청소년 문제의 이해

본 연구에서는 사회문화적 관점에 근거하여 청소년 문제를 이해하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 기초로 청소년의 삶 속에 존재하는 제 하위문화들(학교문화, 교사문화, 학생문화, 청소년문화)과 청소년문제간의 유동적 결합관계를 밝히는 세 가지 개념모델들을 설정하였고, 설정된 개념중고등학생 1,095명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후 AMOS 4.0에 의한 공변량 구조분석을 하였다. 공변량 구조분석의 결과, 세 가지 모델 모두 비교적 양호한 적합도 지수를 보이고 있었으나 각 모델들년문제에 직접적인 정적영향을 미치며, 청소년문화를 매개하여 간접적인 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 선행연구들에서 이미 밝혀진 바 있는, 청소년문화는 청소년문제에 역시 직접적인 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 교사문화는 청소년문제에 직접적인 부적영향을 미치며, 년문제를 예방 혹은 대처하기 위해서는 학교문화의 역기능적 측면을 감소시킴과 아울러 청소년문화를 재해석하여 교육적으로 육성시키는 것이 시급한 과제라는 점에 대하여 논하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze about problem of adolescent based on the sociocultural approach(cultural of school, cultural of teacher, cultural of student, cultural of adolescent). The research subjects were 1,095 students of middle and high school in Korea. The analysis of covariance structure by AMOS 4.0 was employed to examine the research questions. The results of the study were as follows. (1) The concept [Model 2] on the basis of pre-researches was fittest model. (2) On the basis of the concept [Model 2], cultural of school effected to positive directly cultural of teacher, cultural of adolescent and problem of adolescent. And cultural of teacher effected to negative directly problem of adolescent. Also cultural of adolescent effected to positive directly problem of adolescent.
