연구 목적: 본 연구는 2022년 현재 학생선수들이 경험하는 합숙문화를 심층적으로 분석하고, 도출된 문제점들에 대한 대안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구참여자는 A대학에 재학 중인 6명의 학생선수가 선정되었다. 연구 방법: 연구방법으로는 참여관찰, 심층면담, 현장노트 등이 활용되었다. 학생선수들의 합숙문화를 이론화하기 위해 근거이론의 기법이 활용되었다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 운동부 합숙문화에 대한 심층적 이해를 통해 추후 유사한 상황에 적용될 수 있는 패러다임 모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과 37개의 개념과 29개의 하위범주, 그리고 11개의 상위범주가 도출되었다. 인과적 조건은 역량강화, 구조적 선순환, 합숙의 기능이 나타났다. 맥락적 조건은 열악한 환경, 부적절한 문화, 인권침해가 도출되었다. 중재적 조건은 정신적 압박증가로 나타났다. 작용/상호작용전략으로는 강제적 유대감 형성의 노력과 운동의 기능적 향상에 대한 비효율성이 도출되었다. 이러한 분석에 기반하여 최종적으로 패러다임 모형을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study was to analyze in-depth the camp culture experienced by student athletes as of 2022 and to suggest alternatives to the problems derived. Six student athletes attending University A were selected as the study participants. Participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and field notes employed research methods. The technique of grounded theory was used to theorize the camp culture of student athletes. This study attempted to present a paradigm model that can be applied to similar situations in the future through an in-depth understanding of the sports club camp culture. As a result of the study, 37 concepts, 29 subcategories, and 11 upper categories were derived. Causal conditions showed the function of capacity building, structural virtuous cycle, and camp. Contextual conditions resulted in poor environment, inappropriate culture, and human rights violations. The mediating condition was shown to be an increase in mental pressure. As an interaction strategy, inefficiency in the effort to form forced bonds and the functional improvement of exercise was derived. Based on this analysis, a paradigm model was finally presented.
