초록
With the advancement of information technology and the increasing accessibility of digital environments, protecting minors from harmful content has become a critical issue. Minors frequently encounter ethical challenges in web and SNS, as well as in games and video content. To address these concerns, Computer ethics, Cyber ethics and Internet ethics have been incorporated into Information ethics education in school curricula. While AI ethics principles and the Robot Ethics Charter (draft) have been proposed with the emergence of generative AI, existing frameworks remain in the early stages of addressing the specific ethical challenges faced by minors. Therefore, this paper proposes a set of ethical principles for AI agents such as AIDT (AI digital textbooks) or physical AI agents (robots) such as Tutor robots designed for minors, focusing on five key aspects: Education for the purpose of using generative AI, Age-appropriate access control, Standardized interface design, Clear attribution of generated content sources, and Limitations on AI emotional expression. By integrating these principles, this paper aims to establish an ethical framework for the safe and responsible use of AI by minors in educational and digital contexts.
