북한지역 도로건설과 관련한 법제도에 관한 고찰

Abstract

The title of this thesis is “A Study on the Law on Road Construction in North Korea.” Of course, it would be difficult at the present moment to predict exactly what problems may arise in the future. However, there should be efforts to find solutions for problems related to regulation of public order so that the risk of causing unreasonable consequences can be minimized. It is a recent trend that the nations which maintained the socialist economy system give up the centralized planned economy and switch to market economy. North Korea showed a lukewarm attitude in reformative and open-door policy. In order for the national economy to develop further, road construction is very necessary. After the division of South and North Korea, North Korean roads have been used as an auxiliary means of railways. The roads in North Korea are known to be very poor. In particular, in order for the North Korean economy to grow faster, construction of road is necessary. However, there are few studies on laws related to the planning and construction of roads in North Korea. For this reason, this paper examines laws related to the planning and construction of North Korean roads and examines how they differ from those in South Korea.
