이 연구의 목적은 성인발달장애인을 위한 통합적 성폭력예방 스펙트럼 구축사업을 평가하려는 것이다. 이 사업은 성인발달장애인의 성폭력예방을 위한 프로그램으로서 당사자 역량강화, 지지체계 대상 예방교육, 사회안전망 구축을 위한 네트워킹 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 프로그램들에 대해 논리모델에 따라 구성된 평가틀을 적용하였으며, 다양한 대상자 집단들로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 과정과 성과 측면에서 세부 프로그램들을 평가하였다. 분석결과, 본 프로그램이 양적인 측면에서는 성폭력대처기술과 성태도의 향상에 영향을 미치고, 질적으로는 성태도 향상, 자기표현 향상, 대인관계기술의 변화, 안전한 사람에 대한 인지와 신뢰 변화, 자신감 향상, 성폭력대처기술 향상 등 성인발달장애인의 성폭력예방을 위한 역량을 강화하는 데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the integrative spectrum of sexual prevention program for adult with developmental disorder. This study applied analytical framework based on logic model of systems theory, collected data from subject groups, and evaluated the sub-programs on dimensions of process and outcome. The results showed that this program has an effect on the empowering of the adult with developmental disorder and participation and support of family, social service agency, and community is needed. Based on these results, the practical guidelines for building the integrative spectrum of sexual prevention program for adult with developmental disorder were suggested.
