누가의 영생과 구원 -눅 10:25-37과 18:18-30을 중심으로

초록

누가-행전은 예수의 생애와 초기 기독교의 신앙을 우리에게 잘 보여주는 문서이다. 특별히 이 누가의 문서에는 예수, 율법, 영생, 구원의 관계가 어떻게 변화 및 발전하고 있는가를 제공한다. 복음서에서 예수는 율법에 매우 충실한 자로 묘사된다. 그리고 두 번에 걸친 영생에 대한 질문(10:25-37; 18:18-31)에서 모두 율법이 ‘영생의 길’임을 알려준다. 이러한 그의 대답은 유대인에겐 전혀 낮선 것이 아니다. 유대인이라면 모두 율법을 잘 준행하는 자는 영생을 얻는다고 믿고 있었기 때문이다. 그렇지만 이러한 ‘영생의 길’로서의 율법의 기능은 사도행전에 와서는 축소가 된다. 즉 영생의 길은 이제 더 이상 율법을 행함으로 얻어지는 것이 아니라 하나님 말씀/복음을 믿는 자들이 얻게 된다. 구원도 마찬가지이다. 누가복음에서 예수는 ‘구세주’이다. 이것은 사도행전에 와서 더욱 분명해진다. 예수와 그의 이름을 통하여 구원을 받는다. 정리하면, 전에 율법이 유대인들을 위한 배타적 영생의 길을 제공하였다면, 이제 예수는 모든 민족을 위한 영생과 구원의 길이 된 것이다. 누가는 이러한 과정을 다른 공관복음서와는 차별적으로 제시하고 있다.

Abstract

Life of Jesus and the faith of the early Christians are well shown in the documents of Luke-Acts. Especially Luke provides the details of the change and development of relationship between Jesus, laws, eternal life and salvation. In the Gospels, Jesus is depicted as one who is faithful to the law. From twice asked question of eternal life　(10:25-37; 18:18-31), he explains that the law is the ‘way of eternal life.’ Since the Jews believed that those who exercise the law will get eternal life, his answer was not strange at all for them. However, this function of the law as for the ‘way of eternal life,’ is simplified in the book of Acts. The ‘way of eternal life’ is no longer obtained through practicing the law, but through believing in the Word of God/Gospel. It goes same for the salvation. In Luke, Jesus is the ‘savior.’ And this becomes even more evident when it comes to Acts. One receives salvation through the name of Jesus. To summarize, if the law provided the way of eternal life exclusively for the Jews before, now Jesus became the way of eternal life and salvation for all people. The course of this presentation in Luke is differentiated unlike the other Synoptic Gospels.
