Abstract
This study examines how HRM must change in order to achieve sustainability. We begin with a summary of the claims, limitations and current research stage of existing literature on sustainable HRM. And, we present a new model for directing the development of sustainable HRM. Additionally, we suggest practical methods for leading and supporting sustainable management in 4 categories of HRM. This study provides an easy approach for new research and basis for further empirical study of sustainable HRM. In conclusion, HRM must demonstrate initiative and professional competency, specifically through practical execution in three facets-economic, social, and environmental responsibility-of sustainable management.
