Abstract

This study analyzed the mediating effect of employee engagement on the relationship between career satisfaction and job performance of Kaleidoscope career attitude. To this end, 500 regular workers of domestic companies were targeted and analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS 26.0, JASP 0.18.1, and Mplus 8.1. The results of this study are as follows. First, Kaleidoscope career attitude was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on employee engagement, career satisfaction, and job performance. Second, employee engagement had a statistically significant positive effect on career satisfaction and job performance. Third, employee engagement had a significant mediating effect on the effect of Kaleidoscope career attitude on career satisfaction and job performance. Based on these results, academic and practical implications for the HRD field are suggested.
