온라인 행동주의 발생을 예측하기 위하여 관련 문헌검토와 전문가 조사를 통하여 예측 항목의 추출과 항목별 상대적 가중치를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 온라인 행동주의 발생을 예측하기 위해서는 환경측면, 이슈측면, 조직측면, 감정반응측면 및 시위활동측면을 고려해야 함을 확인하였다. 이 중에서 시위활동측면은 온라인 행동주의 발생을 예측하는데 주요한 항목임을 확인하였다. 다음으로 이슈측면에서 얼마나 많이 그리고 오랫동안 이슈가 지속되느냐가 온라인 행동주의 발생에 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 감정반응측면과 환경측면이 다소 다른 항목에 비하여 영향의 정도가 적은 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
In order to predict the occurrences of online activisim, we examined the relation of literature and expert records. Both literature and expert records were used to exam the prediction items abstraction and itemized relative weight. To predict occurrences of the online activism, we must consider environmental side, issue side, organizational side, emotional reaction side and intimidatory action side. Among these different sides the principal item use to predict the occurrences of the online activism was the intimidatory action side. Next we could tell continuance of how much and how long the influences on an online activism from the issue side. Lastly, the emotional side and environmental side seemed to have less degree of influence as we compared to different items.
