Abstract

The purpose of this study was to inquiry effective alternatives after analysis of the teacher's manuals for elementary moral education. The teacher's manuals for elementary moral education is to play roles of manual for understanding about moral education's curriculum and guide for effective teaching-learning and materials for improvement of teacher's quality. But There are so many things to correct and supplement in the current teacher's manuals for elementary moral education. First, the instruction objectives must be corrected to behavioral statement. Also, the category of instruction objectives and the fallacy to descript learning process must be revised. Because instruction objectives present the direction of moral education, their correct statement is very important. So the instruction objectives must be correctly stated. Second, because the current instruction models of teacher's manuals for moral education mainly presented uniform and standard model, the instruction objectives can not be attained effectively. Therefore, the varied instruction models must be presented in teacher's manuals for moral education.
