이 연구는 스포츠지도사 자격 검정 시험에 스포츠윤리 과목에 제 기능을 수행하고 있는지에 대해 파악하여 보다 효과적으로 기능을 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 2015년부터 2021년까지 출제된 스포츠윤리 문제를 모두 분석하였다. 이후 분석한 것을 바탕으로 현실에서 기대하는 스포츠윤리 과목에 대한 모습과 출제되고 있는 문제의 형태가 어떻게 일치하고 차이가 나는지를 파악하였다. 마지막으로 현실에서의 기대에 부응하기 위해 스포츠윤리 과목이 어떻게 보완되고 발전해야 하는지에 대한 방안을 제시하였다. 그러한 방안으로 첫째, 지금과 같은 객관식 문항이 아닌 주관식이나 서술형 문제를 도입하여 생각할 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 것이다. 둘째, 다른 직업을 뽑는 시험에서 이루어지는 인적성 검사와 유사한 형태로 스포츠윤리성 검사 등을 도입하여 활용하는 방안이 바로 그것이다.
Abstract
This study discusses whether the subject of sport ethics is functioning properly in the sport instructor qualification test. In addition, this article suggests a way to perform its functions more effectively. To this end, all sport ethics questions from 2015 to 2021 were initially analyzed. Based on a subsequent analysis, this study identifies how the appearance of the subject of sport ethics is expected in reality, and the types of questions being presented coincide or differ. Finally, a plan was suggested on how the subject of sport ethics should be supplemented and developed to meet the expectations in reality. Consequently, the ability to think by introducing subjective or descriptive questions should be developed instead of using multiple-choice questions as in present. Furthermore, a method of introducing and utilizing sport ethics tests in a form similar to the personality test conducted for selecting other occupations should be introduced.
