이 연구에서는 독일어로 작성된 약품-사용정보의 구조적 특성을 분석함으로써 환자들이 좀더 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 사용정보 작성방법을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 독일어 약품-사용정보에서 자주 등장하는 발화수반표지와 통사적인 구조모형을 중심으로 약품의 금기사항, 부작용, 다른 물질과의 상호작용 그리고 복용 안내와 사용밥법 및 기간을 기술하는 텍스트 언어학적 요소를 상세히 분석해 보고자 한다.
Abstract
Linguistic Structure of German Medical Information Texts This paper aims to analyze the linguistic structure of the medical information supplied with German medicines. The legal arrangement for such German medicament information has been prescribed by the law since 8.24.1976, and came into force on 1.1.1978 for all medicaments. The author has selected grammatical indicators of medicament information and syntactic realization forms. The study shows the text structure for contraindications, side effects, reciprocal effects and dosage instructions. The information given with German medicines contains all possible relevant forms, including imperative requesting, obligatory prescribing and non-binding recommending. In addition, the forms of expression extend from the imperative subjunctive mood I to the passive process in instruction function.
