한국의 무용대중화 실천방향 -Bourdieu의 발생론적 구조주의 이론을 중심으로-

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to provide the framework for popularization of dance in Korea by examining the social awareness toward the popularization of dance . By analyzing the result of awareness based on the Bourdieu's theory of developmental structuralism, this study will provide practical guideline for popularization of dance in Korea by making public familiar with dance. To examine and provide the practical guideline for popularization in Korea, this study implements In-depth interview based on the Bourdieu's theory of developmental structuralism. The practical guideline from analyzing the awareness of the popularization of dance in Korea using the Bourdieu's theory of developmental structuralism are as follows. First, the practical guideline should be reformed by realizing tendency of other area of studies by combining public dance and dance as performing art as well as experience. Second, perceptional changes concerning dance, dance practitioners, accessibility to the dance for public, and spectating dance should be necessary. Third, this study especially empathizes reproductive educational role of dance as a cultural asset. According to the content of interview, awareness of importance of dance throughout the early education and the separation of dance from physical education for student from the early age should be empathized constantly. Fourth, it is necessary to make public recognize the necessity and practicality of dance throughout direct experiences of dance. Fifth, it is important to provide direction to make popularize the dance in Korea throughout reconsideration of dance regarding practical aspects. Activation of dance through club activities which is suggested, in the interview, for the popularization of dance is utilized as the fundamental method and constant effort is necessary for the popularization of dance in Korea. As a result, it is important to understand the importance of social status in the social structure of advanced capitalist countries and to make efforts to develop the bond of sympathy for the desire of popular culture and share evaluation of centrality of culture.
