조선어 학습서에 나타난 국어사적 특징과 일본어 간섭 현상

Abstract

This paper studies the characteristics of Korean history and Japanese interface phenomena shown in 『Gangwha』 and 『Pyomindaewha』published in Japan in the early and middle of 19th century to be used as textbooks for Joseon language interpreters. In representation, morphological orthography appears in the connection of nouns and inflectional endings. In the connection of dependent nouns and inflectional endings, phonological orthography appears showing that the recorders recognize dependent nouns as more qualified stems than free nouns. In phonology, these books show less developed phonological changes than the materials of the same age. Velarization, labialization and nasalization were in progress, and 'ㄴ‘ omission occurred at the same age with velarization didn't appear. In grammar, the lists of endings and inflectional endings show no big difference in honorification from them of modern Korean. But an inflectional ending like 'eurosseo' and endings like '-na, -rama, and -lgayo' appeared, which were not appeared in modern Korean materials. Japanese interface phenomena are found in phonology, syntax and morphology.
