중·고등학교 교사의 교사 효능감이 직무만족도와 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중·고등학교 교사의 교사 효능감이 직무 만족도와 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향을밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 중·고등학교 교사 141명을 대상으로 교사 효능감, 직무만족도, 직무 몰입도 수준을 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중·고등학교 교사의 교사 효능감과 직무 만족도, 직무 몰입도 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사 효능감의 하위 요인 중 자기조절효능감과 과제 난이도 선호는직무 만족도와 직무 몰입도를 설명할 수 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 교사 효능감의 자기조절효능감은직무만족도의 아동과의 관계, 동료와의 관계, 학부모와의 관계, 근무환경을 유의미하게 설명하는요인으로 나타났으며, 교사 효능감의 과제 난이도 선호는 직무 만족도의 경력과 보상을 유의미하게설명하는 요인으로 나타났다. 교사 효능감의 자기조절효능감과 과제 난이도 선호는 직무 몰입도의조직 몰입, 직무 몰입, 수업 몰입을 유의미하게 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 중·고등학교교사의 교사 효능감 수준을 높여 교사의 직무 만족도와 직무 몰입도를 높이고, 더 나아가 교육장면에서 긍정적인 교사의 역할을 수행할 수 있는 이론적 기반이 될 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of middle and high school teacher’s teacher efficacy on job satisfaction and job commitment. For this, researcher conducted a survey on 141 teachers from middle and high school in Korea and analyzed the data using the Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings are as follows: Firstly, results showed that there was a positive correlation among middle and high school teacher’s teacher efficacy and job satisfaction and job commitment. Secondly, the self-regulatory efficacy and task difficulty preference have the influence on the job satisfaction. The self-regulatory influence on the job satisfaction, such as the relationship of student, the relationship of co-worker, the relationship of parents, working environment. The task difficulty preference have the influence on the satisfaction, such as career and rewards. Thirdly, the self-regulatory efficacy and task difficulty preference have the influence on the job satisfaction. The self-regulatory efficacy and task difficulty have the influence on the job commitment, such as organizational commitment, task commitment, lesson commitment. The discussion follows about the importance of middle and high school teacher’s teacher efficacy for improving teacher’s job satisfaction and job commitment in teacher education.
