『今昔物語集』의 인연담 고찰 – 부모와 자식 관계를 중심으로 –

Abstract

This study considers the ties between parents and child among the various human’s figure in “Konzakumonogatarisyu”. It is important ties to meet of parents and child among numerous ties, considered a fated relationship from past lives. In this paper it was investigated the following folk tales. Father and daugther meet again most dramatically, eagle takes hold her, come back alived from limbo, as a result she gets to four parents. And If a man have to choose among parents and wives and children, he puts parents first. Based on that, the filial duty of confucianism has had a big influence. However, there is also a case where a parent-child relationship is distorted. For example, discard the child for his well-being of future, make a martyr of child to cure his disease, these cases are impoverished the value of ties between parents and child. Lastly, Buddha and his son Rahura, Genshin and his mother, parents and children are helping each other attaining to Buddhahood and an easy passage into eternity. Reserts of this study, It is the understanding of social institutions and ideas, and aware of the compiler eyes used to be and expressions, make sure of the “Konzakumonogatarisyu”’s literary value.
