혼인과 가정 이해의 신학적 전망으로서의 사랑과 자비: 『사목 헌장』과『사랑의 기쁨』을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는『사목 헌장』과『사랑의 기쁨』에서 혼인과 가정 문제를 바라보는 신학적 전망을 고찰하고 한국 교회의 상황에서『사랑의 기쁨』을 실현하기 위한 하나의 해석학적 원리를 제공하고자 하였다. 제2차 바티칸 공의회와『사랑의 기쁨』을 관통하는 주제는 사랑과 자비이므로 이에 대한 신학적 성찰을 출발점으로 삼았다. 사랑과 자비의 관점은 제2차 바티칸 공의회 자체에서 뚜렷이 드러나지만『사목 헌장』에서 혼인과 가정을 다룰 때는 그렇지 못했고, 특히 가정 사목을 다룰 때는 자비의 측면이 간과되었다.『사랑의 기쁨』은『가정 공동체』, 그리고 2014년과 2015년 두 차례의 세계주교시노드 최종보고서를초 록수용하면서 자비의 관점을 강하게 드러냈다.『사랑의 기쁨』은 혼인과 가정을 삼위일체적 모상이자 삼위일체적 사랑을 목표로 향해 가는 여정으로 이해하였다. 이러한 여정 중에 있는 모든 가정은 저마다 ‘약함’을 가지고 있고 이러한 약함은 은총의 장이다. 따라서 교회는 이 약함을 동감하고 동반하며, 식별을 통해서 모든 가정이 각기 고유한 방법으로 교회 공동체와 통합되어 본질적인 목표를 향한 여정을 계속할 수 있도록 도와야 한다. 교회가 취해야 할 가정 사목의 길은 하느님께서 인간에게 하신 행동 방법, 곧 사랑과 자비의 길이다. 이런 점에서『사랑의 기쁨』은 사랑이라는 핵심 개념을 통해 혼인과 가정을 바라보고자 했던『사목 헌장』의 의도를 더욱 구체화하고 발전시켰다고 할 수 있다.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the theological perspective and the pastoral principle about the pastoral care of the family in Gaudium et Spes and Amoris Laetitia. The research took caritas and misericordia, the penetrating themes through Vatican Council II and Amoris Laetitia, as its starting point. But in dealing with family and marriage, these issues are not obvious in Gaudium et Spes. Instead, in Amoris Laetitia, which takes the prospects of final reports of two Synods of Bishops in 2014 and 2015, the aspect of mercy is very evident. According to these documents, both family and marriage are the images of the Trinity, and in the ongoing journey toward the Trinitarian Caritas. Since all the families have their own fragility, those are the places for the grace, the Church must have fellow-feeling(compassio), accompany their fragility, also discern their various situations, in order to integrate them in the Church and help them to arrive at the goal of their journey. The way of the Church in the pastoral care for the family should be the same way with that of God, that is caritas and mercy. Amoris Laetitia has developed and refined these theological perspectives which had appeared in the embryonic form at Vatican II.
